Need A Reader Actor App

This App is owned by Jason Buyer (Need A Reader Actor App). The mobile application, services, data, information, tools, functionality and updates and similar materials delivered or provided by us to you through the App, are subject to your agreement to with the conditions set forth in this agreement.

This agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions to your use of the Need A Reader Actor App and the services we provide. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.

The use of the Need A Reader Actor App, it’s services and materials, are intended to display publicly, as well as its contents on your phone.

The Need A Reader Actor App may contain errors and mistakes. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time, and update or change information on the (App) without prior notice to you the user.

All materials on the (App) are not intended as professional advice or use. We are not responsible for the actions and decisions you make while using the (App). We do not screen, approve, endorse or select who can register, and you agree that we have no obligation to do so. Coaches must get approval to be a coach on the Need A Reader Actor App platform. We will review, edit, remove and correct information on the (App). We do not control the sources of this information, and do not guarantee its accuracy. In addition, we reserve the right to review, remove or edit any content from the (App) as deemed inappropriate for use. You agree that we (Need A Reader Actor App) is not responsible for such information. You register at your own risk.

You must be at least (18) years old to use the App and its services. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You acknowledge that we reserve the right to withhold, remove and / or discard any material at any time, and you are not entitled to compensation from us for content you make available on the Need A Reader Actor App platform.

User of the (Need A Reader Actor App) agrees to these general rules of conduct. You agree that you will not violate any law or regulation in connection with your use of the App. You are responsible for your actions and choices while using the app, and do not hold (Need A Reader Actor App) responsible for the decisions you made while in use of the (Need A Reader Actor App). You agree to not infringe upon the patent, trademark, copyright, post pornographic, obscene, lewd, indecent, inappropriate, invasive, abusing, threatening or bullying material on the Need A Reader Actor App.

You agree to keep your username and password confidential and secure. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or profile by others. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, including restricting or inhibiting any other person from using the App, by means of hacking or defacing. You agree not to transmit any virus that may cause harm to the App. You agree not to collect content or email addresses or other contact information of other users or readers registered on the App. You agree not to bypass the App or connect with or hire users or readers outside the app. You agree not to post or make false, incomplete or misleading information on the App. You agree not to register for more than one user account or to impersonate any other person or business. You agree that we may terminate your access to the (Need A Reader Actor App) in violation to any of the rules of conduct.

You are under no obligation to submit anything to us, and we do not own your content. However, registering on the App allows us to display the content you make available to us within the app only.

You acknowledge that you are fully aware and responsible for the impact of sharing materials, and you agree that we shall not be held responsible, and we shall be released by you from any liability or damages arising out of such conduct.

(Need A Reader Actor App) owns graphics, logos, names, designs, icons, scripts, service names and trademarks.

You are responsible for controlling the access to and use of your account. Please keep your password and username confidential at all times. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or profile, and any ramifications of such.

You agree that you will not bring action against us arising out of or related to any claimed unauthorized access using your account credentials.

Any account breach, please reach out to us at needareaderhelp@gmail.com and we will delete your account immediately.

(Need A Reader Actor App) uses a third-party payment processor (Stripe) for all paid services. For each job, The Need A Reader Actor App charges the user a flat $2.00 platform fee and receives 15% of the reader's earnings for each job. Stripe processing fees are charged by Stripe, our third-party payment provider, and are separate from any fees charged by the Need A Reader Actor App. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the third-party processor (Stripe) We are not responsible for error by the payment processor (Stripe). User is responsible for full payment if the job has been confirmed. User may delete the job before reader confirmation without penalty.

We reserve the right to deny any user at our discretion access and use of the (Need A Reader Actor App), at any time. Use of the App is at your SOLE RISK TO THE USER / READER. You agree that (Need A Reader Actor App) is not responsible for ANY losses or damages connected with access to the Need A Reader Actor App.

User of (Need A Reader Actor App) may delete their account at any time by going to your settings wheel and scrolling down until you see “Delete Account”. Select to delete.
